Arranged and performed by Nathan Cragg. I couldn’t find a decent enough guitar arrangement that captured the correct feel and phrasing of this amazing piece by Michael Nyman from the film “Piano”. So I decided to arrange it myself by ear. Its a joy to play and not too difficult apart from a few stretches here and there. I wanted lots of open notes ringing through so I decided on the unfortunately named DADFAD tuning. The capo is on the 5th fret though it should be on the 6th to keep it in the correct key for the piano, however, I found that the frets were too small for the left hand, so I compromised and went for the 5th fret.
